How to Reserve a Lobster Lady™ Tour

1.) Contact the Maine Tour Connection with your preferred itinerary, dates and estimated number of passengers.

2.) Pay one initial deposit of $500 to reserve space.

3.) You need only to keep track of the number of people on each daily tour and provide us with final attendance counts, meal selections and final payment.

4.) We take care of all the details and provide you with a timed itinerary 3-5 days of receipt of your rooming list.

• One complimentary package is offered with 30 paid guests per coach, 31st is comp for escort.  Tours can be priced for smaller sized groups upon request.
• Driver rate is 50% off single package rate.
• Unless noted, TMTC overnight packages do not include full-time escort service or motorcoach transportation.  Customary step-on guide and housekeeping gratuities are also not included.
• Round-trip luggage service is based on one bag per person.
• A $500.00 deposit required to confirm tour arrangements.
• For tours traveling into Canada, an additional $100 per person deposit is required 60 days prior to arrival, along with a preliminary rooming list.  To meet advance customs and immigration regulations, a special form for Canadian travel packages will be forwarded to you for indicating each passenger's ID and citizenship information.
• A rooming list is required 30 days prior to arrival.
• Entree selections for any included meals will be made in advance by TMTC and provided to you with final itinerary.  Final meal counts are typically due 1-2 days prior to each meal function.
• A group cancellation fee may be assessed if notice is received less than 45 days prior to arrival.
• Final payment required 14 days prior to arrival.  Sorry, we do not accept credit card payments.
• TMTC acts as an agent for contracted tour services and reserves the right to alter your itinerary should extenuating circumstances occur.

• Meals are included in most packages.  We'd be happy to quote you a price for lobster bake dinners with entertainment, box lunches, buffet luncheons and sit-down meals.
• Day Tour prices are per person, based on 25-47 passengers per coach.
• Day services packages are not available for groups not requiring transportation, but can be arranged for smaller and larger groups upon request.
• Your group is entitled to one complimentary package with 25 or more paid passengers.
• A free souvenir Maine Tour Connection Lobster Hat for each passenger is included in each package.
• An advance deposit of $500 is required to reserve space.  All payments are made to The Maine Tour Connection.
• Passengers register and pay in advance through your organization.
• Final passenger counts are required 7-days prior to each trip.  No refunds issued for cancelled passengers less than 7 days prior.
• Final meal selection counts are typically due 1-2 days prior, if included in package.
• The motorcoach will meet your group at any area hotel, conference site, airport, bus or train station.
• Feel free to contact us with any question or special interest requests.  You may customize your own tour using additional or substituted attractions.  A revised tour package price will be quoted based on your preferred itinerary.
• Half day and evening tours are also available, along with pre- or post-convention trips to Maine's western lakes & mountains region, Camden/Rockport or Bar Harbor!
