• TMTC requires minimum block - 20 dbl/dbl + 5 single, non smoking rooms.
• Driver rate of 50% off single is required for all groups.
• TMTC requires two comp meals per group.
• TMTC requests a 3rd comp when TMTC guide accompanies group (occasionally).
• TMTC will release space 35 day or more prior to arrival. Rooming lists provided 21-30 days in advance.
• TMTC requests direct billing privileges extended and group deposits waived.

Please advise if alternative payment is needed.
Credit references furnished upon request, send bill form to us if needed.
